Function Overview

Currently we are recruiting for our client a motivated, committed person for its role as Human Resources Assistant.
In this role the employee is going to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries and be a support on the daily HR activities.

Start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the Human Resources team
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Issue reference letters and contractual documents
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
  • Obtain work and residence permits for new joiners
  • Data entry and maintenance in HR specific databases
  • Prepare, run and analyze reports.
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks related to HR, Child Allowances, PK Administration (Wincolink Tool), Work Confirmation letters, announcements on intranet etc.

Education / Experience

  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV)
  • Additional training or certification in HR management
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar function in an international environment within the financial industry
  • Fluent in German and English, any other languages are a plus
