Function Overview

For our client, a company operating in the area of life science, with Global Headquarter in the area of Zürich, we are searching for an Learning Administrator 80%. The person will manage  and coordinate the delivery of learning solutions. You are responsible for the administration of Client’s Product Training Department. Furthermore you will support the Product Support.

Job Responsibilities

Administration of Tecan’s Product Training Department:

      • Search for and implement a new technology for our learning solutions
      • Contribute in planning, developing, coordinating and delivering new learning solutions
      • Develop and rollout agreed training curriculum, schedules and calendars
      • Manage the training registrations
      • Organize accommodation, transportation, costs and service allocations for product training participants
      • Record and evaluate training assessments

Diverse assistant tasks:

  • Support in preparing and organizing presentations, correspondence, meetings and workshops
  • Manage training and product support content in the intranet and internet
  • Travel arrangements
  • Administrate the marketing material, service documents and office material

Education / Experience

  • Commercial education or bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced qualifications in adult education would be beneficial
  • Few years of professional experience
  • Experience in developing, reviewing and delivering learning and development solutions
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, SAP would be a plus
  • Customer and solution oriented
  • Team player
  • Delight in organizing activities and events
