Function Overview

In this exciting role awaits you a stimulating and varied activity. As a team leader, you deal with your team of 8 employees all the tasks related to the management of LPP contracts VITA Foundations (eg establishment of offers, resumptions, renewals, change of plan, year-end closings) but also regular exchanges with our distribution partners as brokers, agents, corporate customers and various sectors within the  Insurer Group.

Location: Lausanne

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute the work within the group
• Ensure the required quality of service
• Manage all management tasks for the team, such as setting goals, annual assessments, identifying training needs, tracking cases and work volume, etc.
• Support, improve and implement effective work processes
• Collaborate with other internal departments – especially in Zurich and Lausanne
• To develop the group – Customer Service – according to the changes in the products / processes by guaranteeing the quality of service

Minimum Requirements

• Higher education in the insurance field and excellent technical knowledge in occupational benefits
• Confirmed experience in team leadership; proven organizational ability
• Ability to make clear decisions and ensure the execution of the chosen strategy
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented personality while respecting internal imperatives with a strong team player spirit
• French as a first language, good knowledge of German strongly recommended, understanding of English is a plus
• Desire to work in a demanding environment
